Seven of Nine's left arm can withstand 5 million gigawatts of energy.
In the VGR episode "Revulsion", Seven of Nine states she can indeed take 5 million gigawatts of energy on her left arm and be unscathed.
KIM: Wait! What are you doing, there are five million gigawatts running through there!SEVEN: "The exoskeleton on this limb can withstand it."
Yet we find that in a later episode, "Retrospect", that Seven is mistaken. A "Terawatt powered particle beam rifle" accidentally goes off near her, damaging the exact same exoskeleton-covered hand she holds up to Kim in "Revulsion". The beam rifle damaged her enough to induce unconciousness, and made her spill Borg nanoprobes all over the place. 5 million gigawatts = 5000 terawatts. After Paris shot some rocks with it at the firing range, Seven analyzes the results with a tricorder:
SEVEN:"72% fragmentation, 28% vaporization."
And yes, she was still Borg enough to be in the same condition she was in when "Revulsion" aired. First, she carried the exoskeleton on her left arm to the end of the series, and six months before this episode, (In Voyager time; Stardate 51186.2=Sat, 9 Mar 2374 23:06:43 to 51679.4=Thu, 5 Sep 2374 23:32:38) she was still able to produce a Borg personal shield that blocked phaser fire.
In that same episode ("Revulsion") she suffers a cut on her hand, and was surprised by it.

She said the cut would have regenerated immediately if she were still a drone. Good thing Harry DID warn her about that conduit, as apparantly she didn't know WHAT her limitations were.
| The energy from the beam rifle in "Revulsion" was released in an uncontrolled way, and she was not ready for it. Some dfferences between the two situations. |
And how was she ready for the conduit she was reaching for before Kim stopped her? She said the LIMB could withstand Kim's stated power of the conduit. She didn't say SHE could.
In "Retrospect" Janeway says the beam rifle emitted an "intense thoron discharge". Kovin says this happened "after the rife's power cells overloaded." She and Kovin were both "startled for a moment", and a dermal regenerator was used on Seven's damaged arm, the same one she said in the earlier episode could withstand Kim's stated power for the conduit!
| She was referring to just the exoskeleton btw, not herself as the whole ie. biological component. |
Yes, the same exoskeleton which houses and protects the nanoprobe tubules. And same exoskeleton which spilled nanoprobes all over the place when she suffered damage from the beam rifle going off. You're not suggesting that Seven has free-flowing nanoprobes in her bloodstream, are you? You certainly don't think that when Seven undergoes her period she has a nanoprobe soaked napkin, do you?
